In February 2013, GL Homes announced the opening of Valencia Cove, the latest in GL Homes award winning series of Valencia properties. The first of what will be 822 homes sites became available for sale on April 20th, 2013.
Located in Boynton Beach on Lyons Road, between Boynton Beach Blvd and Atlantic Avenue, Valencia Cove is the 8th Valencia property to be developed by GL Homes. Valencia Cove features a spectacular clubhouse boasting over 39,000 square feet of total space. GL Homes has introduced six new models at Valencia Cove. In addition to a long list of upgraded standard features, all homes now feature impact resistant windows and 6 1/4 inch base boards. Many improvements have been made to the various models from Valencia Reserve.
